I had my glucose test and 25 week appointment this morning and everything is going perfectly well! Each time I go I am so thankful for good news and to hear this sweet girls fast heartbeat!

Symptoms: I apparently have PPGP, which is a term that means it constantly feels as if someone kicked you in the pelvis but it's totally harmless and there's really nothing you can do about it except wait to be de-babied and take control of your own body again. SO. Fun. Other than that feeling fine! I'm almost into the third trimester! I carry my babies really low even though they haven't turned out to be boys thus far. Which is what everyone says when they see me... Oh! You're having a boy! Nope. My doctor recommended trying a belly support band. Anyone have suggestions??

Movement: She's a mover and shaker for sure. Which is wonderfully reassuring! She usually wakes up right when I lay down so there are always a few sweet moments before I fall asleep that I feel terribly content with the world and my place in it...
Maternity Clothes: Bleh. Don't ask. Everyone says I look fine but I feel like a blimp... The Hindenburg probably. Only six months and I'm scared.
Name: Brandon is choosing the babies name this time. Because of my letters to Gemma he was more than willing to keep the name so we never had to choose one before. It's been so amusing talking about what her name will be. Jude and Jaden decided to help him so they made a list of probably 50 names and passed it around over and over again asking everyone to choose their favorite and they narrowed it down to Saide, which is my best friends name and Ava I think... which was Gemma's contribution to the name list. It went like this: "Gemma what should we name the baby?" Gemma, pretend playing Super Why: "A. V. A. Sing with ME!" She's awesome.
Cravings: Nothing in particular. I have heartburn constantly so I'm just trying to avoid things that make that worse. Yay for a lot of hair on this baby's head!
Baby is the size of a: Acorn Squash! So big... and uterus is the size of a soccer ball! So cool what our bodies can do!
Something I miss: The biggest difference I've felt lately is that I'm just a lot more tired. Gemma is so impatient with me and I'm more impatient with her. I'm tired and she's grouchy because of it... It just is no fun. I know that it's all part of it but I am not liking it. I miss having the energy to do all the laundry, two loads of dishes clean the floors, and play with her for hours... I suspect it'll be a while before I'm back to that again...
Best Moment this Month: My doctor finally agreed to do a tubal ligation today! It's only taken four months to convince her that I'm sure I'm done having kids... I swear Ob's are determined to keep the shop open for as long as possible! No accidental baby #5's for this girl!
XOXO
