The Friday Five

The seasons are about to change (no, I'm not going to stop mentioning it.) and all the cute stuff is coming out! I'm excited about that but still pouring sweat everywhere I go toting a double stroller, car seat, diaper bag and a certain toddler's inflated ego... *insert eye roll here... Anyways! Here are this weeks favorites!

My Logan + Lenora diaper clutch is number one! Once again, me with the dots! I can't help myself... I got this before Rue was born and I couldn't wait to use it! It's so much easier to run to the restroom to change her with this instead of the entire diaper bag. It's small enough to leave plenty of room in my bag for other essentials but it's big enough to fit lots of diapers, diaper cream, an extra outfit for Rue, chapstick, a pacifier and breast pads for me! It's waterproof too!

Joules Rain Boots are all gorgeous but I really love these with the ribbon!

Loving this Vintage Hymn Print and all of the other ones from this shop. Thinking it would be a great addition to our gallery wall!

My sister bought this book a few weeks ago and I had to get a copy for myself. If you've ever struggled to embrace or even accept change there is a lot of stuff you need to hear in this! It's also beautifully written and truly enjoyable to read...

You know, I didn't want to feel like a total dweeb shopping at Forever 21 because I'm not 21 and crop tops are not for me. Also I dislike most teenagers on a cellular level. (Seriously, with the selfies.) So, I ordered online. Did you know that when you shop at Forever 21 and have a return you cannot get a refund. I didn't. It resulted in a nasty exchange between me and an aforementioned teenager in a crop top. She could NOT believe that I could NOT believe that you can't return something. What on earth!? Anyways, I didn't find what I wanted but thankfully lucked out when my mom gave me this maxi from Macy's! It is insanely soft!

Hope you all have the very best weekend!
XOXO

  1. I used to feel that way about teenagers until my kids became teenagers. Now I just embrace their crazy, confused and fun teenager stuff. They all grow out of their teenager ways and then they become your best friends!! There's no one except my husband and my mom that I'd rather spend time with then my kids. !!! It's a crazy world we live in but life is good!!=)
