Gemma is growing so fast. Every inch of her, especially her hair! She's so grown up looking and it's just plain sad. She's constantly asking me for Elsa braids and to dance with her... She spends her afternoons washing her babies in the kitchen sink and carefully wrapping each of them in dishtowels. Which is why I was ten dishtowels everyday! I told her she was my princess and she said I"M NOT A PRINCESS! I'm a KING! I was like yes, yes you are kid. Then she said no, after all she is a princess and Papa is the king. I am Queen Mommy. I'm good with it.
The weather and the morning sickness has totally conquered me lately and it's been a delightful mix of boredom and laziness. Both awful. The sun came out though and Gemma and I spent most of Monday outside which set the tone for the rest of our week. It's really unusual for me but I'm kind of loving the spring weather at Christmastime. I hate being cold right now. Our neighbor had her baby this week! A sweet little boy! It makes me so excited for our baby.
Because of the frequent need of the bathroom we moved our bed downstairs and I'm loving it. We cleared out all of the built up clutter and rearranged what little furniture we have and it's awesome. Feels like I got a new house! I know it sounds crazy but I'm really not wanting to move or sell our house. It's probably because of the pregnancy but I'm just so comfortable here. I can see having a newborn here but that's probably because Jude and Jaden aren't with us right now. I guess we'll see! I just love my house a lot. Like a whole lot.
