Five things I absolutely loved this week!
1. The Physick Book Of Deliverance Dane
This is a nice and Halloween-y (that's a word in my brain) read! Maybe a little difficult to get into to but it's light and packed with info about the Salem Witch Trials. It may be a tad far fetched but hey isn't that what this time of year is all about!? Okay, so it's not really "that time of year" yet, but again... it is my brain. I bought candy corn! *insert cheesy smile here.
2. These T-Shirts
They are super soft. We bought this berry color and the aqua one. Both have come through the wash great and still look new. Also, that price!? No brainer for baby basics. I love pairing it with her army green cargo's and platinum moccs for a super fall look that she can still wear comfortably in the ninety degree weather. Come on Fall!
3. This Liquid Lipstick
I wear makeup probably three days out of the week and on the weekends depending on what we have planned. I am by no means an expert. Quite the opposite actually. I am a complete amateur. Like google 'how to apply liquid eyeliner' level. I watch a lot of youtube videos and make a weak attempt at following the trends but when I found this I instantly fell in love with it. I use it with this lip liner in Natural. Because it is a matte lipstick it can be a bit drying but I carry chapstick with me always so that takes care of that. There are tons of color choices like the one I'm wearing below. WHOA! Now that's pink y'all. Also, for someone who wants to be 'okay' at doing their own makeup but doesn't want to spend a fortune these are both super affordable.
4. This Coffee
I'm sure I am the last person in the world to discover the joy that is Dunkin Donut's coffee. I'm a coffee lover and that stuff is my jam. Why didn't I know! Why didn't you guys tell me!? Add French Vanilla creamer and I'm basically set for life in the happiness department. In the spirit of being completely honest with you guys I'm inclined to share that Brandon said its makes the house smell funny. When I regain the ability to smell I will let you know, however I am smack dab in the middle of the world's longest sinus infection and both my nostrils are closed for business. Yuck.
5. This show on Netflix
Brandon and I have super healthy inner nerds which means we love documentaries. This show about Pablo Escobar is not like a documentary but still super informative and entertaining. I mean, that guy was crazy intelligent... too bad he couldn't use that intelligence in a more umm... legal way. This is not a show for kids, obviously. It's a little rough. I love action and adventure movies which tend to be pretty violent and this definitely qualifies as graphic. So save this one for after the kids are in bed. Also there is some great footage of President Reagan involved and no matter your political opinion you have to admit that guy could rock some western wear! ;)
