My Mom turned 50 this August so my sister (@sothenlifehappened) and I decided to put together a little party for her and we had such a good time doing it! We both realized how much better we are at parties if we do them together... My big sister is really a blessing to me. It brings me so much joy to spend time with her and to see our kiddos play together!
We went with a simple menu and selfishly picked foods we both love! Oops! Chicken Salad on Croissants, Turkey, Ham and Roast Beef Sandwiches with Cheddar and Pepper Jack cheese on fresh rolls, Greek Pasta Salad, Proscuitto filled with Garlic & Herb cheese, A ton of fruit, chocolate dipped pretzels, brownie bites and of course CAKE! My sister makes the most delicious cakes it also helps when they're covered in shimmery gold sprinkles!
We had a great time together and we all laughed way too loud as per usual... While we were doing that Gemma found a box of finger paints and painted my mom's carpet bright orange and the back of her dress bright red... So fun! Not. Brandon and my sister got it out of the carpet and I scrubbed her dress in the kitchen sink so she spent the rest of the party running around naked. #momfail
It was such a fun time and we were happy to get to celebrate our Momma!

Okay I'm not going to cry and I really had so much fun and I'm so thankful to have the most beautiful children the most loving children you have been the greatest joy in my life and now these Grand sugars what am I going to do? Spoil them rotten and love you all thank you so much what a beautiful day!
